PeopleSoft CI Web Service and SoapUI

I have built a CI and it tests perfectly. The record updates happens as expected. I then create the CI Web Service and test using the WSDL I created for the service in SoapUI but the update does not happen.

The WSDL is using the Update Service Operation.
