BI Publisher report PDF Output report spacing issues from page 2 onwards

Hi team,

I have created a new BIP report, for a single page it works great, but when i run it through PS system, for multiple reports, the second report onwards scaling goes off.

I am guessing the header and footer are not properly aligning from page 2 onwards,

I tried adding start body and end body tags but it made no difference.

Both the Output and rtf layout (zip file) are attached.

Please help
