High Availability Setup - Failing (request to 'p' has failed

in Gateways, Oracle Lite, Oracle DB Mob. Server, TimesTen (MOSC) Question

Oracle SBC 3900 Version 8.4 Patch 10


I am trying to setup the SBC for High Availability but when i am doing the command on acquring the config from the SBC i encounter this message  (request to 'p' has failed)
