Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Hi

In R12.2.4 DB 11.2.0.4 on AIX

Test mail are not received.

Mail _STAUS is SENT, does it mean they are really sent?

How can we check if it is really sent?

Moreover, we have the following message in FNDCPGSC* (WF Miler log):

oracle.apps.fnd.wf.mailer.IMAPResponseHandler.open()]:Unable to connect to mail store at attemt #n.
