Add more than 1 Attachment file to PO dispatched automatically.

Hi Teams,

I have question from my user, in our existing Dispatched PO process, the email that sent to vendor only contain 1 attachment, that is the Purchase order it self automatically from requisition process with no manual interference.

That being said , how can I add another attachment that will also sent automatically by system including existing attachments?

final result that we want to achieve is that user want the email dispatched have 2 attachments, 1 PO file and 1 disclaimer file.

any feedback is much appreciated.
