Data Guard Broker no longer writing to drc<instance_name> log file on Standby

Oracle Version 19.13.0.0.0

Windows Version Windows Server 2019 Standard

I thought that I could rename the broker log file drc<instance name>.log the way you do for the alert log file to have it create a new one when it gets too large. It didn't work. The broker did not create a new one and doesn't seem to be logging anymore.

How can I get the broker to create a new log file and start writing to it, please?
