Doing a Tools only upgrade from 8.54 to 8.59. Have downloaded PT 8.59 (V1010740-01_1of4), Patch 10 (PEOPLETOOLS-WIN-8.59.10_1of4) & the Tools Upgrade Change Package (updPTU859). Do all 3 need installed or just the Tools Upgrade Change Package?
