Parental Lookup not working! (Constrain list by parent field value selection)

Hi,

When I am giving value on Parent Lookup, the corresponding value is not floating on child lookup, it's showing empty. Even I have entered ID of parental lookup in child lookup Partial Triggers.

Everything is correct I don't know why it's not working.

Note: When I am in customize form mode and selecting parent lookup than click on customize and clicking on Child lookup of customize mode than value is getting shown otherwise it doesn't. Please help!!!!
