Does JDE EnterpriseOne have the ability to produce CCD+ file formats for electronic payments?

We are running JD Edwards 9.2. Our bank requires us to submit our child support payments in the CCD+ output. Currently the output created is CTX format. Is there setting or configuration in JDE that would create an output in the CCD+ format?
