Setup India Project Billing - documentation

hello MOSC for India 11i , do you have a documentation for the Setup menu under the 'India Local Project Billing' responsibility . I am currently working on 'testing' intance only.

there are 3 options under Setup, currently no data on any of those.

Projects Billing Tax Defaults (while testing temporariliy I put here a project,later removed)

Taxes

Tax Categories

I created some Draft invoices and was able to transfer to AR. the General Ledger Transfer Program completes on error in AR, log file shows:

Oracle error in function 'argigd'
 AR-ARGLTP: -20131 ORA-20131: IL Taxes found in ja_in_temp_lines_insert table. Please run
ARGLTP: Error from argigd
