XML Gateway failing to generate XML for AR Invoice

Hi,

I'm facing a strange issue in one of our dev instance (say dev1), the XML Gateway is failing to generate the XML feed for AR Invoice with error as below

"The Oracle XML Gateway processing engine encountered the following error while processing transaction type AR and document number 703626. ORA-20002: 6012: XML Gateway process aborted : 'ORA-06503: PL/SQL: Function returned without value - ECX_OUTBOUND.FETCH_DATA_FROM_VIEW'. For further details, see the log corresponding to FND-Logging AFLOG MODULE Name: ''.


I tried in a different development instance (say dev2), in that instance the XML got generated successfully. Please note, The invoice is same just a difference of instance.
