Is it possible for IDCS Acting as Single Sign On for Oracle DSS and External Web Application

Hi,

I have question about Oracle IDCS ability to coordinate single-sign-on for two applications. I'm very new to the Oracle IDCS and we just implemented Oracle DSS (Digital Self Service) for our Utility Billing. Our customer pay bills through DSS. We also have another web application provided by another vendor for our customer to claim rebate we providing. Our company would like to enable the customer's ability to access the rebate program though Oracle DSS, meaning they only sign in once through DSS, then get into their account in rebate application. DSS authentication is handled by Oracle IDCS.

Is this possible?
