Is it possible to identify which user has executed a Force activity

Hi

I would like to ask if it is possible to identify which user has executed a Force activity by querying Workflow tables.

Issue: We have a number of Approval Request notifications that have been forwarded to colleagues who do not have approval authority or who should not have received the approval request for other reasons . It seems to be the case someone with access to Workflow Admin responsibility has queried the Item Key in Status monitor and executed the force. I am asking if the Workflow tables hold information which user has actually executed this action.
