Issue with attachment in Oracle workflow notification

We are facing issue with Workflow Notification email Attachment. If the name of the attachment attached has special characters, then on receiving the oracle workflow email notification the attachment name is getting distorted and we are unable to open the attachment. Can you please help if we have any resolution for this?
