Financials and HCM homepages showing up on Campus Solutions?

We use HCM, FSCM, and CS. A while ago we noticed that fluid homepages from FSCM and HCM were appearing on CS, that were not there before and are not supposed to be there. When I use navigation PT Portal> Structure and Content> Fluid structure content> Fluid homepages; The additional pages are NOT present to deselect from the menu. The procedure I would normally do to remove a homepage is not applicable because I cannot seem to find where these pages are even coming from. On the homepages themselves, many of the tiles are not even functional because they weren't
