nVision crashes while editing a criteria

in PeopleTools and Lifecycle Management - PSFT (MOSC) 4 commentsAnswered

Issue: In PeopleSoft nVision where we are able to open the nVision and explore things but when we try to edit the criteria then the nVision crashes

Versions;

PeopleTools: 8.54.13

Windows: Server 2012 R2

Excel: 2013

Solution offered: Upgrade PeopleTools.

Question: Is there any workaround which will help us to continue the development for now?
