Hi,

We are on R12.2.9. Question on workflow email nofications.

In Requisitions approval we need to email two different distribution lists based on a condition.

We are doing this based on user created in EBS and using their role in the workflow.

user1: pemail1 -> DL@testmail.com

user2: pemai2 -> DL2@testmail.com

This is working fine. However we are using up two user licenses just for email notifications.

Is there a way to directly sent emails in the workflow instead of username/roles.?
