can we have Customize 3 panel fluid design in PeopleSoft Finance with HTML page loading component?

As per Our requirement we have develop a 3 panel where in we have a landing component , which left Navigation Panel and header content as well as Content area ,so every time we click a link in Left Navigation Panel we are transfer to a page which has a HTML area where we load the respective component . The issue that we are facing is after every 4 to 5 click inside the page when we tried to click on any link in left Navigation panel we get error as Page No longer active .

Please Note once we click on Left panel Navigation we use transfer page to go to the page which has HTML area.In the HTML area again we have GetComponentConteny URL to Load the Component .
