Information Publisher Report for GV$ views OEM 13c gives Error rendering element.ORA-00942:table or view does not exist


I am creating Information Publisher Report for reporting dataguard sync check status using table sql with below query but it gives same error "Error rendering element.ORA-00942:table or view does not exist".


Below same query runs fine when we execute from putty.

I see there is Doc for issue in OEM 12c but did not find anything related to 13c.

Please help to execute below query from IP report from OEM 13c.
