Peoplesoft Test Framework Test Recorder

With the new Chrome PTF program, I have managed to get it setup to run tests, but the new PTF Recorder isn't loading up a chrome browser when I select the "Launch Browser" button. Any troubleshooting/advice/help is greatly appreciated.
