SSO (Siteminder) is not working after Peopletools 8.59.08 Upgrade

Hi Team,

We have upgraded Peopletools from 8.58 to 8.59. SSO was working fine in 8.58 tools, we did retrofit and configuration after upgrade but still unable to rectify the issue. Need your help and expertise in closing the issue as this is affecting our timelines.

I have attached the word document with issue list please check.
