Common Name is coming duplicate while provisioning to Active Directory

Hi Everyone,

The common name is populating First Name + Middle Name + Last Name in AD while provisioning user.

But if same name user is again getting created than provisioning is not happening as Common name should be unique in Active Directory

So, I want to populate user login in place of common name in Active Directory and for doing so I am prepopulating user login in common name from Designconsole->formdesigner->prepopulate

But it is not working!

Please help how can I populate userlogin in common name
