Java for Chrome for approving workflow notifications EBS R12.1.3

Hello

Oracle EBS Application version 12.1.3.

We recently moved to using Google Chrome to launch Java for EBS 12.1.3. During month-end, we have a lot of journal approval workflow notifications from the accounting team. When the approver logged in to approve these notifications, the application is requesting to launch java for every notification separately.

The manager clicked on the 1st notification, it downloaded the Java Web Start applet. The manager clicked on the applet to launch Java to view the journal. She took an action on the notification. Then she clicked on the 2nd notification and the application downloaded the 2nd applet and wants us to click on the applet to launch java for viewing the 2nd notification eventhough we have the java form open.
