"Fatal NI connect error 12170" and Data Guard

Hi

In Oracle 12.1.0.2 max availability setup (2 RAC databases and passive Data Guard in between) we have at least one daily occurrence of 12170 error in alert log. Replication from primary to standby database is not impacted at all. Sometimes dgmgrl commands show configuration or show database gets stuck.
