Hi,

Effective 01 October 2022, Microsoft will be disabling Basic authentication for Outlook, IMAP and others (ESW, RPS, POP and EAS protocols in Exchange Online). SMTP Auth will also be disabled if it is not being used. This change will impact for email approval notifications. 

Currently we are using email approvals for iProcurement Requisitions.

Oracle is still working on the patch to support this feature, and looks like this time Microsoft may not extend the basic authentication support after 01st Oct-22.

As a workaround We are looking for an 3rd Party applications that may support workflow notifications and Outlook emails.
