Questions regarding MySQL Enterprise Licensing and asset managment

I am new to this forum and probably not posting this in the correct spot, but I have a few questions I will list below. Could someone let me know where I should be posting them to get the correct responses, please?

1) Where do I find my MySQL Enterprise licensing information?

2) Does a MySQL Enterprise License cover multiple instances of MySQL Server 8.0 running within the same facility? If so, how many?

3) What is the best way to tie my MySQL databases together so they can communicate and share data?

4) Can I download the MySQL Enterprise Backup and Monitoring software only into an instance of MySQL that is currently running? or Do I have to download the full MySQL Enterprise Edition installer?
