I was able to create two level navigation collection but it is not reflecting on the front end

I was able to create a two level navigation collection (Screenshot). But the changes are not reflected on the front end. I cleared cache and bounced app and web server. Wondering if navigation collection will support only one level of folder (Like Master Detail) or if I am missing something to make it work?


I appreciate your help.
