HRMS 9.2/PT 8.58 compatible with PingID Access?

HRMS 9.2/PT 8.58 compatible with PingID Access? I have enabled the PingAccess ID Authentication for Singlesignon for our HCM application. However users are experiencing Connection to refused in intermittenlty when connected to the application.


Has anyone faced similar issue or let us know how to resolve the issue?
