Using RMAN, what are the steps to migrating from a 12c ASM Database to a 19c ASM database?

I'm looking for official steps that would guide me through successfully migrating from a 12c database running on RHEL 7.9 to a 19c running on RHEL 7.9 using RMAN. I've seen some information scattered around the internet but have not found any Oracle Doc ID's with this information.
