WebADI: General Ledger - Journals is not showing STAT currency in LOV.

Hello,

We upgraded to Oracle Applications : 12.2.9 and after that Journals WebADI template is only showing USD in currency LOV. STAT currency is not appearing. I created a new Layout for General Ledger - Journals integrator having currency default value as STAT and default type as Constant but while uploading journal it error out with message Enter a valid currency.

If I click on currency LOV then only USD come up even if layout has STAT defaulted. STAT is defined in currencies and also enabled.
