Visual Cobol 6 Temp License on Oracle Enterprise Linux 8

Good day folks,

I hope someone can possibly assist with this one.

I have compiled the Cobol on one of the servers with a PeopleSoft installation where the DevHub 6 is installed with a temp license. Everything seems to be fine and everything compiled with out issue as far as I can see.

I have installed the Visual Cobol 6 Server on the PeopleSoft process scheduler with the temp license downloaded from e-delivery and applied the same license as on the DevHub server - as this was the only one included for the Linux servers? Not sure if this is correct though... As far as I can see the License Manager is running and the license file is installed but I'm getting a
