Synchronous message Error

in PeopleTools and Lifecycle Management - PSFT (MOSC) 1 commentAnswered

Hi Team,

We have a custom Application engine program which reads from a third party web service and loads data in to table. Once in a while we see the below error message in The Synchronous monitor with error message and the program fails too.

Where can we see the detailed error message ? I am unable to see any error message in errorLog.html. Thank you in Advance!
