hello, I have this error when configuring a connection through dblink with oracle gateway drda to as400 from oracle 19c, in the oracle documentation there is only 1 document on version 11 where it refers to the limit of connections per user on the side of as400 but it has already been reviewed problem, and we continue with the problem, any idea what another solution there may be
