Notifications concerning PO and REQ are not visible on the worklist

Hello,

Our buyer claims that he didn't receive notifications concerning approved POs and REQs. I checked on our TEST instance and after approving PO or REQ there's no info about that. Did anyone have the same issue? Do we have to set some profile or what?
