SCHEMA_VERSION_REGISTRY does not exist

Hi Team,

We are working to OIM Upgrade from 11gR2PS3 to 12cPS4 and found that there is no SCHEMA_VERSION_REGISTRY view/table exist in QA environment only.

But it is available in dev and prod env.

Is there any way to restore that table in QA env.
