Is there any way to migrate personal Fluid Homepage from one environment to another?

We are currently upgrading from 9.1 to 9.2. I want to check if there is any way to migrate Peoplesoft Fluid personal Homepages created in test environment to production? To put it in another way, is there anyway to migrate personal Fluid homepages from one environment to another?

One more question, if we refresh test environment from a copy of production, will all personal homepages and tiles added to the public homepages be retained?
