Which settings govern the display of images in iProcurement shopping cart?

We are using EBS 12.2.10 and our PROD and TEST environments differ - in the shopping cart we get images against non-catalogue request lines, but in PROD these do not show. We may have changed something in Test recently but do not recall what this might be - does anyone know where this is switched on and off?
