Collection strategies created with iexstst.lct do not appear in Collection Administrator

Hi all!

At a development instance, I have setuped collection strategies using the responsibility Collection Administrator.

Using iexstst.lct another one have downloaded these strategies for the ldt-file.

Importing the .ldt file in a test instance results in records in the database tables "iex_strategy_templates_b" and "iex_strategy_templates_tl".

However, when looking up for the strategies in Strategy Search (Collection Administrator | Create Collection strategies) they do not appear in the results.

At the development instance, also the table iex_strategy_template_groups has been populated for the created strategies. At the test instance, setuped with the ldt file, there are no records available for these strategies in the table iex_strategy_template_groups.
