Grid to Excel fails after upgrading to PeopleTools 8.59.04

We have several pages with grids that allow the users to send a lot of data to excel. Since our PeopleTools upgrade to 8.59.04, when the user tries to move a lot of data to excel, it fails. Small data sets work fine.

Is there a parameter we need to reset?
