Hi

We have a Requisition Import process running for a long time that receives data from an external system and uses Account Generator Workflow to calculate the GL Account before creating the Requisition in Oracle EBS.

We are on 11i

Only on 8/Aug there were a huge number of failures with the messages:

ORA-20002: 3136: Item 'POWFRQAG/#SYNCH' cannot be accessed while synchronous process in progress.

We have never seen this error before and since 9/Aug Accounting generator is working as per normal

I am looking for information what causes this error and how to fix it in case it happens again.
