PUM use for testing

Hello,

We install the Peoplesoft Update Image on windows, virtual box. Our customers would like to use it to see how Fluid works. My question is, should we let them mess around in the Update Image App? I'm thinking that they wouldn't do anything that would affect the Peopletools objects so it might be ok? If it's a bad idea, I was thinking that I could create a demo database from the image. Could someone point me to the documentation to do that? I find that the PUM documentation goes in circles, into a black hole. :-)
