EBS 12.1.3 Workflow Notification Mailer - Is there Is there a workaround for using OAuth2.0 option

With Microsoft disabling a number of Mail Protocols around Oct22 onwards this will have a direct effect on Oracle Workflow mailer.

*Microsoft the have created a patch 70577 - exchange OAUTH Client Credential flow support for POP/IMAP.

*Oracle have then supplied a patch for Oracle EBS 12.2.3 onwards. Patch 34246039:R12.OWF.C (July 2022)

with no contractual requirements to patch before 12.2.3 is there any viable solutions to workaround getting OAuth2.0 working with Oracle Workflow IMAP inbound mail for EBS 12.1.3.
