Macros blocked - Security Risk error when attempting ADI excel upload to Oracle

Security Risk - Microsoft has blocked macros from running because the source of this file is untrusted

One of our users is getting this error on new laptop running office365 when trying to upload ADI created Excel file.

We tried Select the Unblock checkbox on the General tab of the Properties dialog for the file from this article with no luck.
