Dear community - Need help with couple answers.

Initiating project to upgrade Peopletools from 8.57.09 to 8.59.11 to the latest patchset available.

Question :

Can I upgrade to target 8.59.11 in one step ? or upgrade to 8.59.03 and then apply DPK ?
In edeilvery, I see product release at 8.59.03 and in support I could see DPK for 8.59.11 for download. As per 8.59.11 dpk pre-requisite , it is expected to be in 8.59.x to have 8.59.11 patch applied.
