How to transfer user favorites from classic to fluid

We are on PeopleSoft 9.2 financials image 7 and global payroll 9.1

We are the process of upgrading PeopleTools from 8.56 to 8.59, and initially are looking to turn on the NavBar feature and introduce tiles with a Fluid landing page.

My question is - is it possible to copy each user's favourites in the Classic menu over to the Fluid favourites menu (accessible via the NavBar) and does anyone have any how-to instructions ?
