Screen freezing when creating contract

When attempting to create a new contract end user experiences issue where page will freeze and will need to close page and restart the process. Currently only one end user is experiencing this particular issue. Attempted to reproduce in test environment and was unable to do so. Any way of troubleshooting that particular issue?
