is there anyone ever used IDCS as IDP ? , I am facing issue in this scenario

I have crated one SAML app in IDCS and using it as IDP for one of my company app ( which is service provider here) .

With this setup when ever any user try to access my company app they were redirected to IDCS for authentication .( pure SAML flow ) .

but all of sudden it stopped working and now when user try to access my company app and redirected to IDCS for authentication , instead of username and password prompt the login window showing error "There is a problem with your account. Please contact Support"
