I can't export any timecards in OTL because the rows are locked/Disable/Blocked?

Hi, I have changed the OTL Recurring Period from 1-Aug-2022 - 31-Aug-2022 to 26-Jul-2022 - 25-Aug-2022. Payroll for the month of July is completey processed in the system, also I changed the Payroll Period as well with same dates as OLT Periods for Aug as I will be running the Payroll from 1-Aug-2022 to 25-Aug-2022 for this month and next will be processed according to the new recurring period. Unfortunately there are no batches in the system that are transfered from OTL to BEE as I am not able to enter any data due to the rows locked/Blocked from 26-Jul-2022 -
