Records in STORE_ADD table is not getting removed even after store is created successfully. Reason?

Product version : RMS 16.0.3

When we create stores from UI, STORE table will be populated immediately. But sometimes, STORE table won't get populated immediately. Records get inserted into STORE_ADD table. After few hours, STORE table will be populated with those store numbers. But records are not getting removed from STORE_ADD table. Records are still present even after store got created successfully. what could be the issue?
