How do you handle your regularly scheduled Maintenance windows???

Hello!

Anyone out there do regularly scheduled maintenance outages in peoplesoft? Where you would not let users in and stop the process scheduler(s)?

I am looking for thoughts and ideas on the best way to automate stopping and starting of the process schedulers to allow regularly scheduled maintenance to be performed on the database. Manually stopping and starting is not a long term option :(
